We do not require long-term contracts. Service setups can be modified or discontinued according to your individual agreement with Remain.

- Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.

- Carrier Disclaimer: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting inquiries or setting up automated call handling. You agree not to use the service for any unlawful, deceptive, or unauthorized spam purposes.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Remain LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including missed calls due to carrier network outages, third-party software interruptions, or telecommunication failures.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Ottawa County, Michigan.
